First try yourself for checking internal part where some particle stuck inside the flush or check the flush for how much water coming from the pipe if not found properly then i suggest A-general plumbers for best services they handle this type of issue easily.

SOURCE: toilet cistern doesn't fill up

it sounds like one or more of your shut off valves has a glog from hard water calcium. were from indiana its a big problem here.To check this u will have to shut off main water supply and remove top of shut off valve and check for white crusty blockage, even if u see a few particals its present. It can severely restrict flow.

SOURCE: toilet doesn't flush properly

What is VERY much possible is not the sewer pipe, but an obstruction in the toilet itself.
Remove the toilet turn it upside down (on soft grass or grown) and jostle it up and down or rap lightly with a rubber mallet.
There can be surprisingly large things like a stick of deodorant, toys, or other objects that accidentally (or if children are involved) intentionally flushed.
It definitely is the toilet bowl itself. EVEN if you run a snake through the toilet bowl from the underside while you have it outside. Sometimes the object gets lodged in there good. But it is the toilet and NOT any of your pipes.

Dual flush toilet fills slowly. The fill valve is pushing water cistern seems ok. The fill hose shoots water down overflow tube this is the design. If hose placed tank it fills no problem.

check /replace the small rubber washer at the end of the fill tube as they tend to grow with age and reduce the flow of water past the inlet

How to mend a running gural vitrifiye toilet cistern

With lid removed, look down into it and remove and replace the black rubber thing in the center. This is the flush valve and is worn to the point where is no longer provides a tight seal allowing water to pass and run into bowl. Also, could be something underneath it not allowing it to seat properly.

What is causing my toilet cistern to fill very slow?

The fill valve (operated by the float) may be clogged with sand or debris from inside the pipe. It's generally easier to replace a fill valve than it is to take it apart & clean it.

Why my uberhaus dual flush toilet does not flush properly

Perhaps it is taking a long time to fill the cistern, take top off and see if it's filling after flushing, if it's slow and pressure is ok it is likely to need a new diaphragm in the filling valve.

Jacuzzi toilet

After flush the system must close the hole which lets water into the toilet. If it does not close after flush, it is continuously letting the water thru. Check if it closes after flush and allows tank to fill.

I am not familiar with the model of toilet that you have, but many toilets suffer the same problem. It is usually due to the toilet cistern over-filling, as the water running into the bowl is the safety-overflow mechanism. The overfilling can be for a few reasons. The most common is that the fill valve is being held open, either due to mal-adjustment, or due to it being postioned slightly wrongly so that it hits either the side of the cistern or another part of the mechanism and can't close off properly. If you lift off the top of the cistern and watch what happens when the flush goes, you might be able to spot what is preventing the valve from shutting off entirely, and solve it. Hope this helps! :)

A couple of things you should check. Is valve on water supply line fully opened? Does 'flapper' or ball seal the discharge tube completely? Is fill tube functioning properly? One or more of these is causing the problem
