As long as no password was actually entered, then access the general set up menu using your remote. There is a Disc Unlock option--choose it. If it does not allow you to access it--it is greyed out, for example, then exit the menu, and try to play a DVD. When it asks you for the password, try 136900. If that universal password is accepted, then again access the general setup menu, and choose the Disc Unlock option.

Yes, It is possible.You can try a hard reset by unplugging the power and holding the power button for 30 seconds and then plugging back in.

The default password is 136900.
