Disconnect power to the unit and reconnect. If "stop" is still on the display you will probably need a qualified technician to trouble shoot. The best mode is the snowflake (cooling). The rain drop is dehumidification which can cause condesation on unit.
no blower !!! or heating element is bad or switch try putting the fan on only if it works than it is probaly the switch not letting the blower on only heat
I would try to start the unit with only the fan running at first. If it stays running then cycle on the compressor and see how it does. If the unit does not operate when compressor is turne on then we have to dig deeper into that.
