Wish to oil the machine. Where?

Try this link for a free manual,, the information about oiling should be in it. if the info is not in the manual, contact singer and ask them if the machine is self oiling machine. http://www.singerco.com/uploads/download/1128_white-2037-x.pdf

SOURCE: PLEASE GIVE ME THE PRODUCT
Rebecca, I don't know if you ever received a solution, but after my experience with my White 2038, I would advise you to do exactly what you said. "Throw it out". I've struggled for a week with a new machine, found parts missing after opening the box and generally feel ripped off. I am throwing mine out! I purchased a Singer yesterday and it is sewing beautifully with no problems.
