My 2006 Dodge Charger has an installed Alpine RAK (factory radio). I subscribe to Sirius, but I am not able to receive channels 11, 12, 55, and 57 on this radio. Sirius tried refreshing the signal, but it did not fix the issue. Is there some sort of hard reset that needs to be done on the radio such that I will be able to receive these channels after the hard reset?

Check your ipod to see if it is shuffle mode. Alpine doesn't document this but they have a bug that causes the problem that you describe. If the ipod is in shuffle mode the Alpine gets confused.
SOURCE: time set Alpine Reciever
Push on the clock display button until time starts flashing. Let off of the button. The numbers 5&6 button have a small h and m on them for hour and minutes. Push these buttons one at a time until you get the minutes and hour you desire. Don't hold the button down constantly. You have to punch them until you get the right time.
SOURCE: hooking up alpine hd radio unit, bt-400, which one do i hook ipod to
Niether .... do you know what you have in hand? Both those extras costed someone some cash ... OK here it is: the CDA-9884 has a dedicated input for ipod (a KCE-422i cable is needed and comes with the new CDA-9884 in the box) ... The HD radio unit allows you to recieve new HD radio signals (digital radio, and stations that have it in your area may also have extra music streams like HD TV does). The bt-400 is a bluetooth adapter to use bluetooth enabled devices with such as a cell phone. If your ipod has bluetooth you could used the bt adapter but I suggest the KCE-422i cable instead, and check out the HD radio too, it's pretty cool.
SOURCE: Security code for Car Radio cassett Alpine 7510T
I have a manual for this type of stereo and it states:
Turn ignition switch to accessory position and enter code: 2 3 3 5 6
I have tried but not had any luck!!
SOURCE: need to reset alpine 7510T
If this is the model fitted in a TOYOTA then the code is only available from the Main Dealer or a Decode Specialist (or your local Car Radio / Audio Store) who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip
