Let me start by saying that the de-worming products your vet is able to provide for you are probably the best/safest method available to de-worm your puppy. However, I was once in the same position as you - My cat had a bad external injury that was starting to get infected & was making him very sick (weak/lethargic/etc...) & as much as I LOVED my cat, I just COULD NOT afford the $200 bill the vet would charge in addition to the cost of the Rx they would provide (about $300T).
So I went on the internet (LIKE YOU!) & searched for a solution - That is where I found out about "Colloidal Silver". *I do not sell this product & I do not believe all the hype you may see if you search like me, re: Colloidal Silver curing every disease and ailment known to man & beast!! BUT I DID believe the testimonies I found all over the web from pet owners who had used Colloidal Silver successfully to heal their pets; to your point THIS INCLUDED GETTING RID OF WORMS!!
I went to my local "The Vitamin Shoppe" (because they would have let me return the product if I was not satisfied!) & for about $20 purchased "Sovereign Silver" Brand "Silver Hydrosol". I cleaned the wound with it & put about 1/2 a dropper/day into my cat's wet food 2x/day & in a few days the wound was almost healed and they were back to their old self!! THANK GOD!
This product should not be used long term but I still use it when one of my cats get sick & it ALWAYS works. I have friends with cats & DOGS who have used it (per my advice) & they have always come back to me telling me how well it worked.
I hope that my answer is helpful to you, & that you are able to afford the $20 or so to purchase a good quality Colloidal Silver product & MOST IMPORTANTLY that your puppy gets better quickly!

Better go to a vet & have blood work done
so the vet can come up with a what the issue

My puppy 2nd vet visit is today I found worms in her stool right now do I take to emergency vet now

Bring her to the regular vet. There's an excellent chance that those worms are either from flea larvae or from eating something that had worms. Either way, your regular vet will take care of this just as well (or better) than the emergency vet.

I have a 5 week old puppy that's has worms.don't have money for vet what can I do to deworm a 5 week old puppy.

Pumpkin Seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds are used fresh, raw and without salt. They have long been known as an anti-parasitic (gets rid of parasites) in humans as well as dogs. They are not poisonous and contain many valuable nutrients.
Diatomaceous Earth
  • Food-grade diatomaceous earth is an excellent parasitic, it isn't poisonous, and can be given for several days without problems. Use as much as 1 heaping tsp. for every five lbs. of animal weight.

Black Walnut
  • Black walnut is a very effective cure for intestinal parasites, but it can be poisonous if taken too often and in large amounts. It doesn't take more than a few mg per lb. for each dog.
Wormwood
  • This is another common herb that's often used for getting rid of parasites--but like black walnut, it can be poisonous due to a high level of tannins. Careful use of wormwood will produce the desired results, but it should not be used often.

Is It Worms?
  • There are many signs of worms, from bloated stomach to bloody stool or excessive coughing. Worms are a serious condition if left untreated because they soak up all of the vital nutrients a dog needs to survive. However, the signs of a worm infestation are similar to many illnesses, and some are equally lethal. Know what you're dealing with before attempting to treat it. Take a fecal sample to your veterinarian to check for worms for a very small fee.

4 week old puppys infested w fleas

Check puppies gum in mouth make sure is pink not white, will show if anemic. Wash in warm water and dish soap a mild one and comb out eggs, wash all puppy bedding. Momma dog will need to be bathed as well. If puppies gums are white take to your vet right away. Anemia can kill your puppies, fleas **** the blood and can be fatal. There is a site thedailypuppy.com use search engine for fleas in puppies. Good luck!
