If the texting works but the Multimedia messaging does not. It would likely be an interruption of your data services. Most wireless providers can't send picture messages on wifi. So please make sure wifi is turned off and the the phone has Mobile Data turned to ON. This can be reached usually under [apps] [settings] [Mobile Network] Data enabled should be checked.
Make sure you have some sort of data plan since picture messages are sent as text messages with attachments. These attachments must be sent over the data network. So make sure you have a data plan even if it is pay per use. If you do, contact AT&T technical support and have them check your Snooper provisioning especially your APN.
Hi, I had this problem as well and when I called the provider they told me that you need to punch in the phone number with the area code in order for texting to work. It's solved the problem for me, I hope it works for you!
You can. you will need to call t-mobile if you want the internet,email,chat and unlimited texting. The data plan runs an extra 20 dollars a month for unlimited service. Without it you can still make phone calls and text.
