I have lost my gmail password and do not remember any of the things needed to recover it what can I do to recover it?

You can reset it following the indications to "can't remember password". Your options are an alternate email address or remembering some old password to your email. If you can't give them any answrs, condier your email asddress lost, you'll never get past these page.unless you recover your old phone number

Open a NEW gmail accoun. Look at HELP menu item how to recover lost gmail. account. I believe you can recover it using a previous password

On the google sign in page there should be a button that says "need help?" Click that and it will open options for recovering your username and password.

Next time, set a password recovery option. Google allows setting a cell phone or alternative email address to assist in recovering lost passwords.

Try to go to www.gmail.com and see if you can recover your password. Click where it says "Can't access my account". If you can't recover your password from there and you don't remember it, the ONLY way to get back into your phone is to do a hard reset. Unfortunately, this erases all data on your phone.
