Did you read the manual ?
There is a reset button (hole) in the back the the unit.

to proceed, follow the instructions given in this video:

Select the Downloads tab and next Firmware.
Under Description look for the word Games. For Win XP / Vista there's
a zip file available (firmware at least upgraded to version 5.08).
ico_zip.gif
Download the zip file "20080717110554593_Games_worldwide.zip":
right click on the file and
next select "Save target as..."
How to upgrade / reinstall the firmware upgrade, go to next link:

i think you must re install the firmware but all your files could make lost

i found a good step by step tutorial in

Hi Guys,

Downloaded Microsoft Media Player version 11 and installed.
I recall somebody mentioning this somewhere. Now when I go to device manager and select update driver the YP-U3 device driver is found automatically.
Also downloaded other software from Samsung website.
