Turn it completely off. The reason its hot andvfreezing up is two words, Youtube!!
It ttrying to watch, download or even send. Its too Much for it to be able to do. Next time turn your device off. That will stop the Rams from jamming everything ,freezing everything. But just reboot by pressing and holding the powerbutton until the device turns off and comes back on. When it turns back on release the power button.

Don't most electrical/electronic equipment have a 12 month warranty at lest, Batteries 6 months, well here in Aus it's how I am aware it is. Anyway if you can and have warranty take it back, that's all I can suggest.
