Have issues with 02 toyota siennas abs front left and.right rear speed sensors replced rear hub and sensor and cleaned fornt left front code went away but right rear remains got a nother hub and defected the first new hub and now. Front is code is back along with rear remaining tested cont. From mod. To sensor and all check out good ohm for each sensor is it my abs mod?

Brent, Check and clean connections(use electronic contact cleaner), make sure wires are not damaged. Check grounds from EBCM controller. Check links below and don't be afraid to google search for more info.

The problem sounds very much like it's in the module, unless you have a loose or dirty connector.

The hub will not be at fault but the sensor will be. They are prone to water-mud- heat and anything else you drive through. Replace it with a genuine unit

I had a P0500 code on my 2006 Toyota Sienna AWD limited edition. I changed the speed sensor and now it will not change gears. Does the transmission need to be reset or is there another issue I am missing?

DTC No. 31 is for the right front speed sensor.

DTC No. 32 is for the left front speed sensor.

DTC No. 33 is for the right rear speed sensor
DTC No. 34 is for the left rear speed sensor.

The abs speed sensor is on the rear diff. as you read. Your truck may have 2-whl antilock or 4-whl antilock brakes. The sensor on the rear costs about $40. Sometimes it can be easy to replc. if not too stuck, but take care not to crack it or drop pieces into the rear end. inspect the wires for loose or broken connections. Now if the code is for wheel speed sensors on the front hubs, then it will be over $100 each.

Inspect the ABS sensor on the front wheels, make sure that there is no damage to the wire leads and that the ABS sensor is not damaged or touching the speed ring on the front wheel hub. You may be luck and the ABS sensor is dirty, it can be cleaned with a good spray of brake parts cleaner and make sure the ABS is not loose from the mounting bracket on the hub. when the ABS light comes on you will not hear or feel anything cause soon as the ABS light comes on the ABS is disabled
sounds like it is weather related (rain,snow)
i would check both rear wheel speed sensor harnesses for water intrusion if you see any corrosion (green) on the terminals replace both the hub and harness
if there is no corrosion then check resistance of the sensor also check for a short to ground
if that is ok then put some dielectric lube on the wheel speed sensor terminals and clear the codes and see what happens
intermittent problems can be hard to find
