Back-light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device at its search box. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

If the fuse burned out the the tv would not turn on at all. When the tv is on is the back light still on? If its not its probably the back light that needs changing. If its on then its one of the circuit boards.

Ilo tv lcd not showing picture
check the backlight or have a pro check it. If it doesnt say in the owners manual how to do it, its not a consumer replaceable item. Good Luck
