Works perfectly with key in place, doesn't work if the key is removed!

Sounds like a relay or wiring harness connector is loosing connection when it gets hot. You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams needed to troubleshoot the problem. It could also be the key switch.

Many times the dealer gives you a valet key made to give to the vet to park your car, these keys work even though the theft deterant system is active, but they will only work for short periods untill the theft system activates and imobolizes the vehicle. The system is reset when the valet brings your vehicle and you insert your normal (chiped) key.

Try turning the steerng wheel back and forth as you turn the key backwards.

If you have bought a new pci Ethernet network card then yes you can, you need to completely turn off the computer and unplug from the power socket, taking the side panel off and locating your pci card, un-screw the clip that holding it in place making sure you dont touch any other part of the computer, and taking the old one out, remove the packaging from the new pci network card and pushing it into place making sure its completely down and before applying the screw to fix it in place, put the side panel back on, plug in the plugs and turning the computer back on making sure you re-place the Ethernet cable, after which on boot-up your computer will say new hardware found and install it if it doesn't do it by itself you will need to search or insert the driver cd that came with it to make sure it works perfectly. please let me know the outcome of this Kronoguy

Have you checked the power supply in different system? If yes then first replace CMOS battery and switch the CMOS battery jumper. And while doing this please unplug the hard disk or optical drive data cables and power. If it does not work then check the power switch is working or not or it is perfectly connected with the front panel PINS on the motherboard. If it is not connected perfectly computer will not start after pressing power button.
Second Level Test : Remove the CPU Fan - replace the CPU perfectly - again place the Fan.

Third Level (motherboard test): Just take the motherboard removing CPU,RAM, SMPS - use another same type CPU, RAM and SMPS - if it does not work so it is motherboard problem. If it works may be CPU problem.

Removing the keys can sometimes damage the very small retaining clips then it won't clip back in place.
You can get replacement keyboards on the Internet, I've bought keyboards for approx. US$20 from the USA. The keyboard is easy to remove and replace, no need to get a techo to do it.

Look at the fan radiator switch
Try unplug the CTS,if you see the radiator working continuously
Than the CTS, than change it
