I have a sunsip slush machine and is not freezing, and machne is running for nearly 6 hrs

the machine freezes and stops based on the thickness of the slush. if it's mixed right, the problem is the torque switch next to the motor (if it's a cab or a ugo machine) or the torque sensor (for torque sensor models)

check the left side condenser coils, make sure they're clean. there might be low air flow, and that'll cause the compressor to overheat and shut off. leave at least 6 inches of space on both sides of the machine for it to breathe. also if the ambient temp is too hot, same thing.

if the compressor is running and it's not freezing, it may have low refrigerant. need to have a professional recharge it. if the compressor is off, check the defrost timer (if your model has one) to see if it's on defrost.
