Ya i have the same problem as with no disk..i plug in the cam, and i get a little window at the bottom right that says one of the ubs.. deivices attached to this comp,has melfunctioned.Windows doesnt recognize it.For assistance in solving this problem click this message. and i click it. . and it just pretty much says the same thing ,but to unplug it then try it again ..but if it still fails to work ..replace it .So why it that ?.Oh if i can also ask why does down loading it from the web take for ever ?
