If your Monogram refrigerator is only partially not cooling, it could be due to a few different reasons:
Dirty condenser coils: Over time, the condenser coils can become coated with dust and debris, which can restrict the flow of air and cause the refrigerator to overheat. If this is the case, cleaning the condenser coils may resolve the issue.
Faulty condenser fan: The condenser fan is responsible for circulating air over the condenser coils to cool the refrigerant. If the fan is not working properly, the refrigerator may overheat and not cool properly.
Damaged or worn door gaskets: The door gaskets create a seal around the refrigerator door to prevent warm air from entering. If the gaskets are damaged or worn, warm air can enter the refrigerator and cause cooling issues.
Blocked air vents: The refrigerator compartment has air vents that allow cold air to circulate throughout the compartment. If these vents become blocked with food or other items, it can restrict the flow of air and cause cooling issues.
Faulty temperature control thermostat: The temperature control thermostat regulates the temperature inside the refrigerator. If the thermostat is faulty, it may not be able to properly control the temperature and the refrigerator may not cool properly.
If you have checked these potential causes and the issue persists, it is recommended that you contact a professional appliance repair service to diagnose and repair the problem. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to identify and fix the issue.
Fans working and air flowing thru the cooling coils?
The inside fan warms the evaporator, or cooling coil. If this coil does not go thru a defrost cycle or if there is ice build up to the point no air gets across it, that could be the scenario. Then it would need defrosting, or inspection to make sure there is free air flow both inside and outside the fridge, including the defrost timer if present. If all this checks out ok, then the refrigeration circuit is to be looked at by a technician.
The compressor will normally be 100 to 110 degrees. I would suspect the thermostat or mouse damage in the freezer area. Also, if you keep it overstocked, to the point of poor air circulation, you could just have ice blockage. Put the frozen food in a styrofoam cooler or a good heavy corrugated box and give the unit a good full defrosting.
check the fan that runs between the freezer and the fridge --check fan for ice blockage -debris-or damage / clean or clear blockage --if not running test wiring and connections as well as motor /repair or replace //also check fan damper is not frozen or blocked its flap that opens and closes for air to flow //----ur fridge side is cooled from the the freezer side the cold air is blown in from the freezer if fan or damper is not working correctly than fridge is usually warm and freezer is working properly
Check to see if the condensor fan (underneath the refrigerator) and the evaporator fan (behind a panel in the freezer) are both running. If one of these is not running, the refrigerator will not have its full efficiency.
few things to check... condenser coil clean. dirty condenser fluctuate temp. clean condenser. evap fan motor work? open the fridge. press the switch. heard the fan? feel the frame around the fridge an freezer is hot? or cold? cold ok. hot dirty condenser coils OR condenser fan motor. or seal system problem. call a tech>.. good luck... LEAVE YOU COMMENT IF IT WAS GOOD FOR YOU... thanks

you could try taking the fan assembly out and adjusting it or oiling it, sometimes it gets that back pressure when the door is closed because it has to work harder
