Why is my Mitsubishi mr slim is blowing black particles into room?

Area where "fresh" air is being pulled in is dirty, filter needs replacement, heat exchanger is old, a seal is old/torn, or mold is shooting out!

I need to clean the blower part of my Mr. Slim ( the cylinder )

mr slim has this cover. just unscrew the whole cover and you've got the visible blower. the power supply must be turned off so there is no electic shock or accident that other person may turn the a/c. then there is this cover of the fan with a lock so unlock it and you can clean it throughly with a cloth.....

Mr.Slim Mitsubishi dual zone system

We had that problem with two units that we just had installed. Both are hooked up to one compressor. After several calls and the service person coming out twice, it turned out that they had two wires mixed up when they did the installation. Once they switched the wires the units ran ok.
BUT...now we are having another problem with the units/compressor not working after losing power in our house. We lose power on a regular basis here. Does anybody know if that means we will constantly need to call the service people to come to get the compressor working again? Or is there anything we can do to reset it? The service person that came today was not very helpful and didn't have a lot of answers for us.
Thanks
