Clean a carb is much easier than rebuilding one.
Remove the bowl: There will be gas icarb.n the bowl, BE CAREFUL
There is a BRASS the bottom of the bowl; very carefully unscrew the it and remove the bowl. Clean out the bowl with a clean rag.
Use brake cleaner and spray the carb and the components that you can see. DON'T put the nozzle of the spray can to claose tot he carb. There are delicate parts in the carb.

I took scooter for a ride everything worked fine get back to garage and fuel is leaking out of carborator to which it drained the fuel tank. Do I need a new carb or what's the problem.

Jason, You can replace carburetor or have the old carburetor rebuilt to fix your gas leaking problem, either float is stuck or if carburetor equipped with a solenoid shut off, are the actual problem likely.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

After replacing primer bulb, engine hesitates and will not run full throttle

Make sure you connected the lines correctly. If this is a primer assy that has the 2 barbs on the back here is a picture of how the lines should be connected to it as well as the carburetor

Now if this is a primer bulb on top of the carburetor then disregard the previous answer because in this case, your carburetor needs the H needle adjusted. Go on you tube .com and type in how to adjust a 2 cycle carburetor. Many videos will appear.

How do i clean the carburetor?

go to auto store and buy a can of carburetor cleaner. not in spray can but a liquid that you can soak the carb. in. Take the carb off and place in a coffee can with the cleaner let it soak overnight. do not remove the set screws unless you have the proper settings to put them back as they were. Also in the bottom of the carb you will see a small pin hole clean it out with a stick pin. You can take off the bottom of the carb where the float is to clean it as well just be careful not to loose any parts. After cleaning it put it back together.

Gas floods into carburetor even with a new carburetor

The only thing that stops gas going into the carb is the needle valve and seat in the bowl of the carb.
Doing the same thing with 2 different carbs sounds like trash in the gas tank flowed into the carb and is holding the needle valve off the seat allowing gas to flow all the time.
Clean the tank. Clean the trash out of the needle valve/seat. Add a small engine fuel filter between the tank and carb.
You should be good to go.

Carb needs cleaning

You actually have 4 carburetors on that bike. Remove the bodywork, the seat, and I think the fuel tank has to come off, then you should see the four carbs. Best bet, take it to a dealer and have them do a tune up, they will clean and adjust the carbs as part of the service.
