Have the frame undercoated but make sure it's cleaned of loose and surface rust by pressure washing and do not cover any cracks. Inspect every square in. - Good Luck

This will not work. The frame supports the entire vehicles weight. Epoxy or liquid nails will not support like the frame was meant to do.

I have a 98 Nissan maxima and main brace under motor going to the front is rusted brace is OK but what it bolts to is rusted how do I fix

go to a wreckers that handles your make of vehicle and buy that section complete ( rust free unit)
drill out the spot welds where the rust unit is attached to the body sub frame
do the same for the new section
position the new section in place against the sub frame and you have 2 options her
either weld the parts back together ( best get a qualified welder to do this)
or drill holes and use grade 8 bolts to bolt the sections together
remember that it is an integral part of the sub-frame so it has to be done properly for safety

I have a 1998 Ford F-150, it has some kind of bumper mounted inside the frame near the front wheels. It's rusted and broke loose, what does it do and what's it for.

IT is a part of the chassis frame and is required for chassis strength and rigidity . If the rust is bad enough I would consider a replacement chassis from the wreckers as welding in parts will do more damage than good.

Actually its a 2000 alero problem im trying to figure out exactly the name of the frame to which the rack bolts on too is there any way a weld job in that area can do the trick ?

It is called the engine sub-frame. As far as welding, it depends on a lot of things like how much rust and corrosion you have and how badly dammaged the frame is. I would recommend taking it by a shop that does this kind of repair and have them look at it and give you some advise on how to repair it.
Replacing the sub-frame with a used one from a salvage yard might be a much better solution.

I try to move the flywheel to left end right. End don't move for pontiac fierro 1984 what is the problems

Sounds like the engine is siezed or is suffering from a liquid lock. Liquid lock occurs when one or more of the cylinders becomes filled with fluid. Air / fuel mixture can compress but liquid can not. Check the oil and coolant. If there is any water in the oil or oil in the water, then you most likely have a head problem. Could be simple as bad head gasket or could be cracked head. The only way to truly find out is disassemble the engine.

Frame is desinergrating....how can I support it

If the frame is rusted you can weld in pieces up plate metal to fix it. If you don't weld or can't get welding done you might be able to bolt a peace a piece of metal. But welding is preferred. You could also go to junk yard and get a different frame or cut out a piece of frame from a junkyard truck. Good luck.

Is it possible to fix a broken a frame on a 1988

It is possable -however the rusty metal will have to be cot out and replaced.. That would take precice messuring and then frame allignment..
Rusty metal cannot be welded.. That would be like trying to make somthing stick to sand..

The frame is rusted out. there are holes all theough it and i dont have much money.

The frame, or just the body? A rusted frame is dangerous specially if it has holes. Welding on them is not recommended cuz it will make the metal hard and brittle. You can't do anything with a rusted frame with holes on it.
