The touchscreen connector has come loose. It's a small flatcable which connects the digitizer (touch screen) with the pcb on the back of the screen. The mobile screen would have been damaged or a device connected to your screen my be defected .Try to remove your touch screen safe guard sticker then clean the display. If this doesn't work out for you consult your dealer for replacement of new display.
