The Saeco Incanto machine grinds away but no water or coffee

try to make preground coffee without powder. If the water don't come out -may be you have to change the pump.

The grind might be too fine or the grind chamber is blocked, remove brew unit and check the door covering the grind chute to make sure it is clear, or adjust towards coarse about 2 numbers.

Try to set the machine to grind finer. Common problem with this machine when the grinder grinds too coarse, and the coffee will not fit in the brew unit during the cycle. Grinding finer will allow the brew unit to compress and the machine should complete the cycle.

There are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. The small knob is turned to the max (+) side and needs to be turned back 1 mark, then try again.

Try adjusting the grind to 2-3 numbers coarser, then clean shower on brew unit.

Adjust the grind atleast 2 numbers coarser.

Here's how to fix your problem, remove the brew unit and clean the shower screen located at the top, under the red o-ring. Remove the screen and clean, then try coffee again this time adjust grind about 2 numbers coarser.

The chute is clogged or the grind is too fine on the machine. To clean chute remove the brew unit and check to the right, clean chute.

Make sure you not get any water in the grinder.

It sounds like the heatingellement of the boiler is broken.Pump works. you also , if i am right get no hot water if you try that.
You can get the part on line. which will be cheaper than doing it through saeco
