The PUK code that you need is connected with your sim card and not the phone itself.

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

ahhhhhhhhhhm...puk code is on your sim card casing ,if you save this card,you may enter this and your problem is solved..if you cant save ,its better to buy a new one

puk code is available at the customer care of every connection company.. so call customer care of the same connection company and tell them about the PUK code .... they will ask U some of Ur details to just clarifu and tell U the procedure to unlock Ur sim.....
