My TH8320U1016 honeywell is O.O.O.The screen is not responding.When i touch the screen the light goes on and teh MORE button work.Thatit that all.When i press the MORE button it goes to the filter setting and in this field the cancel button works that it that all.

I got mine to work! Mine is the th8110u1003 and although the screen seemed to display, it was completely unresponsive to touch. Long story short, there is a flat watch battery behind the screen. Get to that and remove it for 15 seconds and reassemble. It powered right back up!
My touchscreen thermostat was not responding to change the tempature and th heating to cooling. All the other buttons were working but those 2. I tried unplugging it changing batteries nothing worked. So needless to say I was slightly frustrated I took the face plate off the wall and took it over to my counter and gave it a couple nice medium hard slams not real aggresive but a good whack. Then I pluged it back in and bam all the buttons worked. I know this is not ideal but it worked and saved me some money! Good luck

The distributor said that the first version was a problem with screen block for no reason.He changed my stat for a new one and suppose to be ok.
