My play store does not want to work if i go into it it says conection timed out retry..i have an huawei y300ascend

by downloading the setup manual and read its contents

You can download the Duplicate Contacts app from play store and follow instructions to get rid of you duplicate contacts

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Google Play Store. Now try again.


OR

Ok, try going to Settings>Accounts, completely remove your Google account, and then add it back again.

Hello Judy, I am no Huawei Expert but i am very experienced with android devices. In most cases to download a file someone has sent you you will need to..........
1) hold down on the file in messages
2) a dialogue box should pop up asking you if you want to download or save this file.
I f this does not work, then the native Huawei messaging app does not support downloading files in this case you need to go the the google play store download this app that i can recommend you use as your primary messenger app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.messaging&hl=en
when this downloads open it confirm importing messages and, find the text in this app and repeat steps 1, and 2

Download from google search and reinstall

Try downloading a new keyboard from play store. Go to setting and chang default keyboard to new one

This will work for setting a new greeting as well, you can use numbers 1,2,3 etc for the greeting numbers to set them at different times of day in the table.
