I went to the AIO software, clicked on the ?: in the upper right hand corner, under General LInks I sselected Maintenance then chose Clean Printhead and did that twice. Thank YOU for the help,

After contacting Kodak and running through their trouble shooting site, they advised that the printer needs a new printhead which they supply free of charge.

First thing to do is to try updating the firmware of the printer, just make sure that your printer is idle and has no error before proceeding, you can get the update at www.kodak.com/go/dowloads if you still have the same issue after that try deep cleaning the printhead 2x

Clean the print head then print a demo sheet.
If the Demo print is bad- IE: no black, blurry print etc., then you may need to replace the print head:
