Runs with choke on and still has a hard time to stay running it runs rough and then stalls any suggestions. I cleaned the bowl and where the screw attaches to the bowl the stem where its screwed in was plugged up so I cleaned that and like I said it runs now but only on choke and even on choke it still cuts out.please help.
Hi mate, you are in the rite direction you definetely have a fuel blockage, if it is doing the same as it was before you pulled it apart and you found debris in the carby i would first be looking at the fuel screen its a little cast alloy bowl, undone with a 10mm spanner next to the float bowl on the carb and also there is another filter inside the fuel tank itself, you can blow compressed air gently back thru your fuel line to clean this out. Other than that you will have to strip the carb down again, as in the attached image you will have to remove, clean (blow out with fuel and compressed air) and reassemble the following # 5 #11 #27 and #28 ensure all these are clean and the holes they go into, take extreme care when blowing out components on a carb you can pop out your needle seat and cause damage so be gentle, and wear eye protection!
Hope this helps you out:)

You need to either clean the carb really good (take it apart) or rebuild it or both. Sounds like your needle is gummed up and not letting fuel through.

FIRST...check the engine oil level. Some Honda engines have an oil sensor that shuts off the spark if the oil is low. This would also explain it shutting down when it get hot. Check the manual to see how to tell if the oil level is correct. Also, the oil should be brown and transparent, not black. It may need changing. Post again if this doesn't help :-)

Have you checked the oil level?

did you pour all of the old gas out before you started to use it. Sometimes condensation builds up in gas tank when stored. You need to dump old gas an put in new gas.

Same problem here. I solved it by removing carburetor, removing float and valve seat and soaking in carb cleaner overnite. Blew out all the orifices with air and reasembled. Runs as good as ever!
Always turn gas off and run until empty, gas evaporates and leaves residue in bowl and valve.
