Chances are that the water pump seal has deteriorated to the point where the water has leaked into the pump (and the floor) and caused problems with corrosion.
You might have had an E1 error code on the panel as well, if not, check out all the hoses for kinks etc then check the water pump condition for leakage. If it leaks, you will have to replace it as it is a sealed unit.

LG dishwasher LD2080TH Error code: E1

LG has programmed in the E1 error code to indicate when the drain pump is running, it is not receiving the back pressure it needs. This is most likely an indication that there is a water leak in the draining system.

WHy is my LG Dishwasher not staying on with an EI

The manufacturer has assigned the E1 error or fault code to indicate that when the drain pump is running it is not experiencing the back pressure it expects. This is usually an indication that there is a water leak in the drain system. Check all hoses and connections. Check under the dishwasher for any major leak. If all checks out, be certain there is a proper loop in the drain hose to prevent siphoning. Finally, if the problem persists, the drain pump itself might be defective, this is not repairable and will have to be replaced.

How do I install a new drain hose in my LG dishwasher the original cracked and flooded my floor

You will have to completely uninstall the dishwasher to replace the drain hose assembly.

Part# AEM69493803.

Once the unit is out of the cabinet drain hose replacement is fairly easy.

Will not complete rinse cycle

The LE stands for Leak Error. If you have confirmed that there is no actual leak, then the next thing to check is the routing of the drain hose. It is very common that that hose does not have a "high point" in the hose and the water is being siphoned out of the dishwasher and down the drain.

The quickest way to solve the problem is to raise the drain hose as high as possible under the counter and attach is securely. The BEST way to fix the problem is to install an Air Gap in the drain circuit (almost free at any real hardware store) but drilling may be needed.

Measure the electric resistance of the Drain Motor. (Value should be 20-40 Ohms) If it is out of spec, replace it.
