If the drain is clogged or the ac is not slightly tilted towards the outside, the condensed water will leak inside instead of outside where it belongs.

Could be the drain for the ac is plugged up. Usually when this happens the passenger side floor gets wet, but it could be coming out on the driver's side when you take a right turn. The drain should be on the bottom of the firewall near the floor, you should see water dripping onto the ground when the ac is on.
The a/c drains the condensation water out thru the floor by a small hose or tube. If you look under the van near the passenger side floor at the firewall you should see a small tube and it may be stopped up. You may have to put the van on a lift to find the tube.
The AC evaporator units have a drain hose that runs through the floor because condensed moisture is a fact of life with AC units. Yours is plugged. You will have to get under the vehicle and look for the hose where it comes out, then take like coat hanger wire and clean it out, It is somewhere in the vicinity of where the passenger foot well meets the fire wall. If you have to raise the vehicle to get under it, make certain you have it safely supported. If you don't have the stuff, drive the passenger side wheels up on a good curb and use some cardboard to slide under.
You have drain blockage in the condesor case itself. There is a small tube that will drain the condensor case, the big black plastic case that contains most of your a/c system inside the car. This case collects moisture and that must drain normally from the case drain to the outside of your car onto the ground.. If this drain is plugged, you will have leakage on to the floor. If the moisture is allowed to remain in the carpet, mildew will set in and then you will have to replace the carpet.
