My speakers X-240 speakers just stopped working

there could be a number of problems here ,bad connection at jack going into computer ,or jack could be faulty try and move around wire at jack entering the pc i presume these are plug in 240v check there is power running to them if there is try them on another computer and see will they work ,you might have to down load sound drivers aswell above all check connections first goodluck

Hi. Did you plug in the subwoofer/control to the Green Slot on the back of your pc ? (should be green wire connected in the green slot)
Then you connect the 2 speakers in the back of the woofer. you will see a little slot with the label Speakers next to it.

The mini stereo plug goes into the green jack (three jacks in a row) on back of computer.

Help me

Friend one solution for this problem is to reinstall your soundcard driver if you use one or your windows media player software to see if you have deleted something in your PC. But check the connection of your speaker if it is plug correctectly from your power outlet, if it is plug correctly to your PC input/output pls. check the whole connection.

yeah that set of speakers are trash.,..... time for a new pair ....try wallmart and the durabrand 5.1 surround for 39.99 great set of stereo speakers that connect to the computer and or your dvd player , and they have awesome sound quality...

They Crashed

seem static electricty issue.

unplug computer from the wall socket and hold down the power botton for 10 sec. do the same with speakers. pluge back it should work.
