Health o meter-HDM562DQ-18, replaced battery, want to reset, no instructions.Help!

1. Place the Health-O-Meter scale on a flat surface. Make sure the scale is indeed level.
2. Tap the lower left or right corner of the scale three times. After you do this, you'll notice the display shows.
3. Wait a few seconds for the scale to reset and re calibrate.

Underneath the scale there should be a tiny hole marked R or RESET.

Straighten a paperclip and press it into this hole for five seconds and that should do the trick.

If not, try this again but with the batteries removed.

Replace the batteries and switch on.

just keep pressing the cancel button for 10 seconds,,, it will start blinking,, then reset it to your desired point
