Why is my Weber grill burning so hot with orange flame

Orange flame is not enough air in the gas air mix. You have a spider nest living in the venturi tube and nozzle. Weber sell a special brush. The venturi tube is between the gas control knob and jet and the burner.

The gas in no pasing to the burnes

This happened to my grill too. I had to replace the stainless steel tube burners- only 1 was broken but I replaced all while inside. Parts are available at various sources online and this is easy to fix. You will need to open the front panel. If you have a helper to hold it, that will make it easier and you won't detach the internal wiring.

I bought a Tool Box Grill and put the whole thing together. The language on the instruction manual was extremely poor and I can't tell if I am missing a part. The adapter for the gas screws in nicely...

If the tube you're referring to is the burner tube, that is connected to the gas valve/regulator? The hole you're seeing is the the Venturi Valve. It mixes air to gas, which allows it to burn cleanly and have a blue flame, rather than a yellow flame.

Hope this helped you and Happy Grilling!! Thanks for choosing FixYa.

We're trying to clean the venturi tubes on our Blue Ember FGF50069 gas grill but we don't understand how to disengage the tubes from the burner. Can you help us? Are there any images of the...

The Venturi tubes are part of the burner, where it goes over the burner orifice. You can remove the burner(s) by disengaging them from the burner holder. Which should be at the inner rear of the grill's burner compartment. Then the burner will slide off the burner orifice.

FYI - A couple of years ago, there was a massive recall on the Fiesta Blue Ember Model grill. Don't know if your is old enough to fit that category. So I have included a link to the Consumer reports Website, that liist the Serial Number of those involved.

Hope this helped solve your problem.

I am renting a condo with an old Weber Grill - 2 burner / LP (I think it is a Genesis Silver A ('00-01) model . I have very little gas pressure at the burner tubes. - Front tube flickers on/off with...

Yes the best option for just for you is to buy a new burner, tube kit and a new manifold kit because all the things that you said you removed from the burner must have caused alot of rust on the burner and if you keep welding the burner there will still be linkage after awhile so the best thing is just for u replace the burner.

The side burner flame is always yellow and does not adjust high to low. Always high & yellow. How do I adjust to get the hot, blue flame

If your propane tank is not just about to run empty, then you can probably thank little spiders.
When a gas burning appliance sits idle for a week or more outdoors, spiders like to build nests in the venturi tubes (that's the tube with the holes in it where the combustion air gets sucked in). This changes the way the combustion air mixes with the gas and causes the gas to not burn completely. The incomplete combustion is not very hot, and so the flame appears yellow. This is not efficient. It wastes gas, is too cool for grilling steak and creates soot residues. This is very common on gas grills (bottled propane or piped natural gas). It also happens to pool heaters.
Fortunately, the fix is easy, and you usually don't need to take anything apart. Get a piece of stiff nylon string from a weed-wacker, about 12 inches long. With the burner cool, push the string into any hole in the venturi tube and spin it by rolling it between your fingers. The spider nests are sticky (made from the same stuff as spider webs) and they usually adhere to the nylon string.
Not sure what the venture tube is? It's going to be between the valve and the burner. The valve shoots a stream of gas into the venture tube through a pinhole nozzle called an "orifice". You can do a Google image search for BURNER VENTURI TUBE to see lots of different types. Every gas burning appliance uses some form of venturi tube.

Turn on,the closest tube only has a few lit

I have a 10 year old Weber and this has happened a few times to me. I just pull the grills off and then the flavour bars out . I take my wirebrushs and scrape off the holes on all three tubes. Light the BBQ and test to see if all of the holes are burning. Id their are a few still not producing a flame use the wirebrush on the tubes again. Please try not to burn yourself. Once the holes are clean and burning well - replace the flavour bars and grill. (I suggest you cleam your BBQ once every 6 months depending on your use). Good luck
