Try calling the customer service number (212)-645-9033. I have not called them yet to get the conversion rails for our Delta Luv 5 in 1, but I'm hoping that they will know more than Babies R Us!!

LOWER LEFT TRACK - FOR RAIL TO RAISE AND LOWER.

I have a Delta 5 in 1 Crib and I am having a hard time keeping the side rail up on the left side...... Pin doesn't seem to be working! How can I fix this very soon due to my second lil one on his way soon?????

I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.

I see now that your crib is part of the Delta crib recall. Maybe you've discovered this today. If not, look here: http://www.deltacribrecall.com/recalled_...

They will send you the free replacement parts to fix your crib if you call 1-800-816-5304.
