When i turn on the laminator it goes though a cycle like a bit test then bleeps and the logo flashes (constantley) and will not turn on i have been unable to stop the bleeping and it will not heat up?

I have a jupiter 125 that wont stop beeping i Open it removed all the screws to uncover the motor drive and there is a sensor that pop up and down this is what releases the top cover when it making a loud noise ! it was stuck by the spring metal a the sheet of metal! there also a ***** on the bottom of laminator that say "remove this *****" this hold the spring sensor and stop if you tighten this *****. it stop the noise when i connected to trouble shoot but when i put back together i started making the noise again! my guess is that has to do with that sensor spring is getting stuck or faulty!
