I had other questions about the singer curvy,, check in the manual to see if it has a hidden fuse. if it doens't have a fuse, the it could be the power cord or the on & off switch
As a general rule, what you are describing happens if the power is interrupted for a short time and the machine doesn't get a chance to do a reset before the power comes back. There is a good chance if you power the unit off then actually unplug it from the wall and leave it 20 minutes it should do a reset and be OK. REcognising this is a built in, I would hope there is an isolator switch somewhere nearby you can flick, but if not you will have to switch the breaker that feeds the kitchen in your breaker box.
check the door interlock sensor. Somewhere there is a tab or button that lets the washer know when the door is closed. If this switch isn't being triggered it could be that the machine thinks the door is open and won't function.
linksys usually has a reset button on the bottom of them u can hold however this seems like it is probably shorted out and would be in need of a replacement. Sorry.
There is a MAIN power switch on the right side of the copier toward the rear of the copier. Try to turn that ON and press the power switch on the control pannel. You may have found it by now... Good Luck
