I have been told that a document was sent to a printer on Friday... then randomly printed out the document two days later on the Sunday. Documents were printed out from the same computer during Saturday and Sunday. The said " Friday" document did not have a time schedule. Can you tell me please if this is a possibility?

The actual folder in Windows where spooled documents are stored just before printing is: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS. I?ve never had print jobs hanging around after the print queue has been deleted but if you clear out anything in this folder that should take care of it. Let us know how things work out and please don?t forget to rate this posting.

SOURCE: Printer don't print documents. Status "PHD Life
The PHD is the printhead cartridge, also called the imaging drum. Replace the printhead cartridge with a new one. You can get a new cartridge the same way you get your ink cartridges.
