You can hook up the VCR directly to the TV; you don't need to hook up the VCR to the adapter. If you already had the VCR hooked up to the TV, you don't need to change those connections.

You need to set the input on your TV to what terminals you have your TV hooked up to. For instance, if you have a DVD player and its hooked up to your composite terminals then you need to set your input to composite 1 or 2 just whichever one your hooked up to. If you have cable or an antenna and it's hooked up to your coaxial then you need to set your input to TV. And so on. I hope this helps you.

if u have a separate VGA and TV out connector from VGA to TV just u need to set in the computer graphics.set as 1st graphics out TV

first off dont think you can with portable tv needs to aleast be highdef tv or HD tv cause the psp need a high porwered tv and the psp also has to be a 3000 model for it to work anyway . and you need a special cable hook up to connect for psp to tv. so make sure the psp has a hd or tube tv with a least the need componets to hook up and the hook up cable.

leave direct tv cables where they are, and hook up dvd player directly to tv (do not hook up dvd player to direct tv box, it will not work)

look to see if there is a place to put a cable cord if there is you need to hook a cable cord from the tv to the vcr and from the vcr to the tv. so you need to small cords.
