Just do a hard reset to this TV and check. Unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. This process must make it a hard reset. If it do not help you, contact the authorized service center. Its main board is likely to be faulty. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device at its search box and press "Enter".

SOURCE: Light green and pink spots on my hd tv!!!

(Yes, this is a cross-post from another thread...I just wanted to help everyone on the various threads on this issue...please do not flame me)
Ok...once and for all I will explain the fix (in detail...which has been missing)...

1) Firmware updates do not fix this problem. I had this problem, and updated my firmware to the latest versons without success. Also, cleaning the light engine (or any other part) does not fix this problem. If you cleaned your TV and your problem disappeared, you had a different problem.)
2) This repair requies a special tool from Panasonic. The tool is part number LSUQ0100. It is light grey in color, and is roughly 7" x 5" x 1" in size. It has diagnostic lights on it, and a button to press to start the procedure. This tool is used to reprogram your EEPROM. Again, this is VERY different than flash upgrading your firmware.
3) To repair the TV, the repairman must remove the lower back of the unit and plug the long, 5-wire connector (5 individual wires terminated to one female connector end - reminds you a bit of an old-style CD-ROM audio cable used in computers) into a male recepticle on the light engine.
4) The procedure takes roughly 6-7 minutes to complete. The TV remains on during the procedure (yeah, I was a bit surprised too). About mid-way through the procedure, your colored ball-shaped blotches will just disappear....no on-screen progress bar, no bright flash, the spots just disappear in the blink of the eye.
5) CALL PANASONIC!!! They are standing behind these TVs, and are covering these in-home repairs free-of-charge - EVEN IF YOUR TV IS OUT OF WARRANTY. Mine was out of warranty by over a year. The Panasonic rep was very kind, but did explain that this is the only repair for these TVs that they will cover out of warranty, as it was a defect in the manufacture of the unit - all other repairs are at the expense of the customer.

Good luck to all - I hope this helps some of you!
Cheers to Panasonic for standing behind their products like this....you don't see that very much these days!

Thanks,
Chris

SOURCE: LG flat panel plasma with red line

I had the same problem and fixed it by replacing the control board. It's a little nerve wracking, but required only simple hand tools. If you'd like to see detailed pictures of the repair check out my blog.

SOURCE: Hi, I have a Philips model 37PF7321d/37, 37 inch

The power board numbers you need to search for on eBay is 310432847531 or 310432838621 - they are compatible according to Philips.

SOURCE: tv won't turn on. blinking red light in lower left corner

unplug the television...wait 10 seconds and then plug back in....if you listen carefully after 5-10 seconds you will hear a click sound (the same sound that you hear when you turn on or off) ...once you have heard it, turn the TV on again using the remote. Do not turn on until you hear the click. If this does not work, try again but turn the TV on again before you hear the click. I dont know why it happens but it is as if the TV gets confused as to whether its supposed to be on or off. Most of the time, the solution is to turn it on after the click so I would always try that first.

How does snoring a lot at night affect you in the daytime?

Some people snore at night but still wake up in the morning feeling like they slept well. But for some people heavy snoring leads to side effects such as;

1. waking up feeling exhausted the next day

2. difficulty concentrating

3. increased risk of high blood pressure, stroke etc

Snoring can also seriously impact on a partner's sleep as the noise can often stop the person sharing the bed from being able to sleep well.

Are heated pet beds safe?

Yes they are safe, but remember dogs can get very hot so I personally wouldn't get one and I wouldn't leave it on all night you should warm the bed before you go to sleep a bit like a heated blanket for humans.

Xbox 360

your a/v cords may be fried along with the ports... and did you ever turn the xbox OFF before you went to bed? if not, you could have:
1. fried the leds
or
2. overheated the motherboard.

try getting a new a/v cord and check the ports on your tv. are you hooked up to HDMI? if so, you might have put them in the wrong slots somehow or the ports might have been shot.

No pic but sound :/

You are having a high voltage problem. Quite possibly in the horizontal deflection. I would check the horizontal output and regulator transistors.
