Hi i replace the reservoir and hose on my power steering pump and everythime i turn the pump keep making a noise and the reservior over flow the oil can you tell me what happen there please....
SOURCE: power steering keeps breaking the hose and makes a whining noise
If you get some odd noise from steering when you are turning tight, the pump doesn't get enough oil.
At first check the steering oil level is a pit more than "high".
If it is not help, there is sometimes dust in oilfilter?
(undocument problem)
The streering oil filter is inside the steering reservoir (oil tank?).
I took the reservoir out and clean the filter and now it is ok.

The Power Steering Pump has a Fluid Cooler, a small radiator located on the bottom of the Van. It is used to cool the power steering fluid off. If there is a blockage problem this will cause overheating.
Although there is fluid, when was the fluid last changed? Then was the last time this entire System was flushed?
However, the Power Steering Pump making noise only when heated is a definite beginning sign that Power Steering Pump Bearings are failing. When these fail, they do so without too much warning, meaning Noise and then failure immediately after!
Before you run out and buy a new Power Steerin Pump, make sure it is in fact the Pump and not the nearby Pulley's or Pump's. Some people rush to judgement and change out the Pump when the nearby pulley bearing was the real culprit.

SOURCE: power steering pump return line hose keeps
Was it replaced with the proper type of hose? If your using a generic hose it may not be able to handle the pressure of the pump and it could cause it to burst.

check the supply lines from the reservoir to the outlets. the line runs under the heat blanket attached to the bottom side of the hood. These lines get brittle with cold and age. Mine broke last winter. Less than $2 for splices at auto parts store and I was back in business. Have someone turn on the sprayer while you look under the hood. if spray is not working, fuses are good, it is probable the sprayer motor. Check the supply lines first.
SOURCE: I have what looks to
It is. No other cure. Make sure it is engine oil. Look at your head on that side of the engine.
