My RCA D52W20 turn on with a blue screen and then turns off within 3 sec's. It goes off like someone has switched off the TV. The light blinks and goes off. Can anyone help

Your blue tube has a short. What you are seeing is the TV turning on and the blue tube going to full brightness. It then draws enough current that the television's protect circuits shut it down.

Need the full model number which should include a BYX or just YX followed by a number. Going off the D52W20BYX1 the blue tube would be part number 263049 which https://www.encompassparts.com still has a few for $220 before shipping.

Almost certainly the blue picture tube is bad. This is a huge job to replace and quite expensive. Generally it is not worth doing.

Probably vented caps, or high voltage circuit failure. Sugg, replace tripler.
