Eicon Diva 850 ISDN modem failure

I was working from home when i lost all connections. ALL the red lights on the modem box are 'on'. Usually it is just the power light and the dials up on 'line 1 & 2' that are on.
I tried to re-install the software and it tell me that i need to upgrade a file which does not work when i accept the command.
I think the modem is fried, cooked, packed-up for good??

thanks, will give it a try this evening and let yoiu know. this sounds like it could be a solution as the modem has just frozen.

There must be a reset swith at the back a small hole in which u have to insert a pointed thing and reset try resetting your modem.

The camcorder doesnt reset anything. The mini DV still stuck in
