I have the same router and the info acertempest gave you should work.

However, in my case, I found it did not work. I had to go under applications and gaming, select Port Rang Forwarding and then open the following ports:

TCP 80
UDP 88
UDP 3074
TCP 3074
UDP 53
TCP 53

Once that was done, I had to configure one of the gamertags to automatically sign in to Xbox Live (as crazy as that sounds) when the console is turned on.

Under applications and gaming, you will want to select upnp forwarding and then you can enter whatever custom application you want to be allowed in or out.Upnp can also be set automatically from the Administration menu.
You will need to know which ports to use, usually you can get these from the software developer, such as bungie. You can also use the application name, but I find the numbers easier to work with.

Strict NAT on my Xbox 360

You are trying to open the NAT on the router for X-box.
For this you will need to reduce the MTU settings on the router to 1365.
You will also need to trigger some ports on the router.
For this you will need to open the router set up page.
Router set up page is the page where you can change the settings of the router
Make sure that the UPnP is enabled on the router.

Change NAT to open

You need to open all the ports for the xbox live. The NAT of that router model cannot be configured to open. Its just a simple NAT for internet connection.
