How do I auto answer using Plantronics Headset (Savi W740) on a Mitel 4250 Phone?

Plantronics makes an adjunct device that attaches to the telephone base (Velcro) and can lift the handset when the button on your headset is pressed. Unfortunately that's the only way to directly integrate the Plantronics (or any other brand) headsets with the Mitel 4XXX series phone. This handset lifter is actually bundled with some of the SAVI headsets, depending on the actual model you get. Separately it's about an additional $50 option. I recall the Plantronics part number is HL-10. Hope this helps.

Why is there an echo when using wh210 headset?

Read owners manual some blue tooth devices can change channel, much like TV stations. Or unpair both devices and use a different good known controlling device and pair pair with it. If same issue persists, throw in trash and buy a quality unit. No substitute for g good quality electronics. Motorola makes almost all the semiconductor components that make every electrical devices internal components. Therefore they know how to wire which ones the best cause they built it. Can't ever go wrong. Now its a Google owned company. Which is american. Buy from the red white and blue

My m100 bluetooth always calls the wrong person.

Plantronics M100 always calls the wrong person:

Unfortunately this is a common occurrence. We say one name and it says, "did you say..." something totally different. I think that most of us has had that experience. The Bluetooth headsets that have a longer "boom" type mic will pick up your voice better and have a better chance at hearing your voice properly the first time. Models like the Plantronics Voyager Pro+ and the WG100/B have a boom type microphone. The WG100/B also includes a UBS Bluetooth adapter so it can be used on a pc.

Savi Office WO100 won't charge. The green light on the base is blinking but my computer says there is 0% percent charge.

There are two possible solutions to this issue:

1. The headset needs to be reset.
2. The headset is defective and should be replaced.

To reset the headset, use a straightened paperclip to push the reset button on the inside of the headset, below the earhook. See the pic:

You may need to hold the reset button for a few seconds. Then replace the headset into the cradle. You should see normal behavior again.

If this doesn't work. you will need to replace the headset.

Cant get the red light to turn off

Try powering down your bluetooth then turning it back on. If that doesn't work, try charging it. I had the same problem with mine.
