I have a code 257 on my phone when trying to use the Music Store

For a while now I have been having problems with my phone (W810i) while I'm trying to use my music store it's telling me that I have an invaild subscription and a code 257 I have tried to deal with Rogers but I have only had my phone for about 6 months and they are telling me that I have to have it sent in and won't have it for up to 3 weeks , I have tried my sim card in another phone the exact same and it works there with the music store and have come to the conclusion that it is my unit if you could please help that would be great .......... Thank you ........ Nikki

Hi friend,

It is very easy as long as you have the USB cable.

First you can try to connect your phone to your laptop by USB cable, after your mobile phone be recognized by the laptop(when there appeared an icon), you can find the disk of your phone on the laptop, then choose the music in your laptop and press the right button of the mouse, you will see the option "send to", and choose the disk of your mobile phone.Then it is OK.

There are many free music on the internet now, you can search the music whose format is compitable with your mobile phone.
