Press and hold super and freezer buttons at the same time for five seconds.

Press Freezer and Super at the same time for 5 seconds to turn Ice & Water Dispenser on. This will remove "IWD Off" indicator. If it is locked, press the Alarm/Lock button for 5 seconds to unlock it.

There is an electrically activated air dampener in the upper left back side of the refrigerator section which most likely has broken (in the open position), allowing cold air from the freezer to continue to enter the fresh foods section. Replace the dampener assembly.

Hmm maybe there is something wrong with your Pc Redownload it than run it as admin (If you got VISTA) Or download it as admin Because a file is Corrupted. Else u need a new PC a better one but well yea.. hope this already helped you.

first if its only been months since he replaced part then you need to check to see what kind of manf. warranty there is on the part. most parts have one year warranty. let me know.
