Hi,

This is not the result of a virus but rather a software corruption. Try taking out the battery overnight. If that doesn't help then yu need to get your phone's software flashed.

You may have a firmware problem. You will need to either A) Give it to a phone repair shop to have a look at B) Try to fix it using SEUS, from the Sony Ericsson website C) Flash it yourself using xs++ (look for a tutorial)
or it could be a problem with the display, in which case either A) Give it to a phone repair shop to have a look at B) Get a new phone
I'm betting with a firmware problem.
