Downy goes first than soap
I fill the washer with water first

Then open the lid put in the soap
3/4 cap full,then then 2/3 cap downy

(Both together-bleach as well- if a white load)

I add only to clear water after it fills

Then allow the water to mix the soap

Then add the cloths a few at a time

NEVER put the cloths in & add soap
on them with no water or use the silly
places on the top they say to add stuff

You only add soap etc to plain water &
no cloths & mix first,then cloths go in

Common Sense as to what is taking place

The part about the softener was just silly

It is in the water mixed with soap etc & all goes out
at one time

It is a one step deal

My temp guage just shot up to past the H, my coolant is empty. Do I just wait for car to cool down and add water to radiator or add coolant at any time, or both?
DON'T PUT WATER IN IT HOT!!! You need to wait a few hours to add water water, the engine should be cool to the touch. Or if you can heat several gallons of water to around 170 degrees or so you could add to the system hot. This is also dangerous since that hot of water can burn you. Adding cold water to hot metal you run the risk of cracking your engine, or at least your radiator. Best of luck hope this helps.

Yes, you need to add a couple of cups of water first... more depending on what you are cooking...if the meat you are cooking will make its own juice then you need not add any more...also if you are cooking at a higher temp then like 350 then you may need more water as it will boil off...

The Series 10 and 11 machines have three level fill points the Series 12 and above have two level fill points.

I know Bulky Items wash selection will give you a High water fill which is only 7 inches or so of water in the wash basket. 3.5 inches of water for a medium fill.

You can turn on/open the water inlet valves in Service Mode but I would not recommend that. A manual fill as you did is the only safe way to set the additional water level IMOP.
