There are two things to try for this issue. The first is to reboot the Meep using the power switch. The other is to press in the reset button on the backside of the tablet. If neither of these helps, then you'll want to contact the OSI call center.
First suggestions would be to check that your firmware is current (latest version is 2.1.3) and to install an AppKiller program. If your Meep is full, you might want to consider a factory reset (done through the Settings menu) to clear out any file corruptions. Other than that, this is a matter for the OSI call center.
