If you want to use Netflix to watch movies and programs on your computer, you only need a browser like Firefox or Chrome or IE. You do not have to download any other special software. You simply go to the netflix site in your browser, log into your Netflix account, find a movie you want to watch and provided it is streamable you click the play button to watch it. Some movies are only available on DVD and that is a different subscription. You will know a movie is streamable because a play button will appear.

If you outside one of the geographical regions where Netflix is available, then you have to install in your browser an addon or extension that will let you access Netflix wherever you are. Hola.org is an easy simple to use no cost option. They do have a premium service but if you have a good internet connection, you won't need the premium option. You do need to have a good internet connection to successfully stream movies.
To watch Netflix movies on your TV you need either a smartTV (so it can be directly connected to the internet) OR you need to get a media player like the Roku or Google's Chromecast device. The Roku will work with older TV's that have no HDMI port. The Chromecast device will only work with newer TVs that have HDMI ports. Both devices are very easy to get working. Just check that your TV isn't too old to work with these devices.

You can also use Netflix on tablets like the iPad or a Samsung. On these devices you should download the Netflix app.

You don't need a code to watch Netflix. On your computer, you need to do a download of Netflix, and you're ready to go. On a TV, you need a TV with Wifi, and a wireless modem... In settings type in your wireless network key of the modem. This enables your TV to communicate with your Modem. You will have to sign in to Netflix with your Email address and a password. For the price of $8 + you can watch all the movies you want, providing that they are free... Some are not free, and you will be notified when you bring the movie on screen and agree to pay the asking price, if you agree, the charge will be on your next billing cycle.

I have netflicks on my MAC computer and wouldlike to watch a movie on my Sony tv

A little gadget called Chromecast will do this for you. Simply plug the Chromecast dongle into your TV, connect it to your wifi and select "cast" in Netflix or Google Chrome browser and anything on your MAC screen will be repeated onto the TV screen. Read about it here:

Hello, I recently hooked my Xbox 360 up to my surround sound system using a digital optical cable ran from the xbox to the TV (optical cable from 360 to sound system) Sound and video works great for...

HDCP is the "handshake" protocol used by the Xbox to communicate via HDMI to your TV. The optical cable wouldn't have anything to do with this error. So far the only solution that's been found to this issue is to ensure that the HDMI cable is properly plugged in and power off/on both devices and see if the handshake is restored. If this doesn't work you may need a new HDMI cable.

Netflicks has a good solution for about $8.00 per month. Streams to computer or TV. TV shows as well as movies.

Otherwise there is a program called Bit Torrents. Not sure how to use it, but my niece uses it to download the latest shows just after they have aired.
