If you take a look the the following Audiovox link, and enter your model number, it should be able to find a service center near you. Alternatively there is a link there to contact Customer Services who would be able to advise you by email.
I had the same issue. After searching the net & the Audiovox website (this model is not listed on their website BTW) for a downloadable copy, I emailed the Audiovox helpdesk. Within an hour, they had sent me a pdf file of the manual. You can download it from: here
