You might want to contact Devant directly. They specifically state universal remotes do not work (a quick check of Logitech's Harmony Remote database confirms a lack of support for this device) possible due to use of an RF signal - as opposed to an IR signal. You need someone to help you with the keyboard, Very hard to read, but, I got it.

Because you have a Kenwood radio, great unit by the way, I am going to suggest you deal with expert friends of mine who deal with your particular radio, but you need to do the following: join yahoo group SPECIFIC to your radio Make/Model, the good folk there know this radio well so post your query there and try to put spaces between your words, so they don't spend too much time trying to read instead of helping you, please.

You can also download, manuals, diagrams and other goodies for your radio and it's all free.

you can update your garmin with the attached usb cable and software and if its brand new you should easily have a few months of free updates after you register your product with garmin on there website.

Please provide more info. Such as remote model number if avail. If not the system that it came with please.
